Types of Thermoforming

Vacuum Forming The most common thermoforming process where vacuum pressure pulls the heated plastic sheet against the mold surface.

Pressure Forming

What surface finishes and colors are available?

Willgus provides extensive finishing options for both metal and plastic parts, including anodizing, powder coating, painting, electroplating, brushing, bead blasting, and polishing.
